I have the Officejet 4500 g510m (or g510g-m) with Windows 10 64bit.
Printer is installed through Ethernet (no USB) on the network.
Since the recent windows 10 update last week, I am getting this:
I downloaded the suggested drivers from HP website:
When I start the installer, it identifies the current driver as the latest one and all the software installed so the only option is to uninstall the current software which is something I will not perform.
Please note that the printer, scanner, fax WORK just fine. The only issue is the windows error . Thank you in advance.
