The support assistant indicates my printer needs a firmware upgrade. After accepting the download, the programme does it's assessment. Then another box pops up which says the version is current with update grey'd out and won't allow me to proceed any further. It doesn't show any error messages. My only option is to press cancel. My Printer is the HP Envy 5020. Any help would be much appreciated.
