Unable to re-install printing program

Problem arose after changing color inks

Computer reads  "printer not connected'...?

@Bardows, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

To assist you better, I would like to know the following-

  • Is there any antivirus software installed on your computer?
  • How is the printer connected to your computer, USB/Wireless?
  • Are you able to make photocopies on the printer?
