My printer keeps showing that it is off line, but it should always be connected when I turn it on. No idea why it shows me offline.
The other day I think i clicked the wrong system and now the printer will not print
Please help me fix this I NEED TO PRINT

I do not understand why I need to keep telling you that unplugging all my devices DOES NOT HELP THIS PROBLEM!!! GOD IS THERE ANYONE THERE THAT HAS A BRAIN ?????????
This has not fixed the problem.
So .....are any of you folks able to sort this problem out or not????

Hi @madKathy62,
I am sorry to hear that the above steps did not help much.
Perform a network drain and check if that works.
Turn off all the devices connected on your network including the PC, Smartphones, printer and router. Make sure all the devices on the network are turned off / unplugged.
Wait for 2-3 minutes.
Now turn on the router first, wait for a couple of minutes so that the lights are all steady.
Then turn on the PC, phone and printer.
If the issue persists, then follow the steps below to connect your printer to the network again.
1) Uninstall the HP smart app, Restart the printer and the computer or mobile device to clear possible error conditions.
2) Enable Wi-Fi setup mode: When you turn on your printer for the first time, it is temporarily placed in Wi-Fi setup mode so that it can be discovered during setup. Use the printer control panel to restore Wi-Fi setup mode, and then set up the printer again. Go to Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer for more information.
3) Refer to this link to use the HP smart app on your phone/tablet/PC to add a printer.
Note: Enable Bluetooth for an HP Smart app setup: Enable Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device so that HP Smart can detect the printer during the setup.

One of your suggestions has done anything to start my printer printing again!!! I have lost passwords following your steps. Today I read that if I do not pay each month, the printers are programmed to stop functioning and do not print, even though I have full ink and have paid for months on end and have not needed new ink. This is a scheme from HP and I am sure illegal. How can you kidnap my printer???? I have paid to buy the printer and for months on end, I have paid into your club, for ink which I have only received one shipment???
All of this and you ask for a thumbs up and "Accept Solution" when nothing has been fixed and you are extorting more money from me each month, just so I can use/print from a computer I bought from HP?????? How the hell is this right??? Oh, I get it, it is all political right, and as socialists, you want to control all of my usages!!!
No, I will not "Accept Solution" or give you anything but a thumbs down and a sad face for this!!!!😭😩👎👎
