I have been itching to use my printer since our move last week. I have plugged it in several times and followed the given info from the website but I’m not able to connect to my printer. Once I plug it in the power button blinks and then Wi-Fi button blinks blue. Once I open the app to find the printer but soon after I do the Wi-Fi light goes off and then the color ink the info and the paper lights all blink red. I just want to use my printer but this keeps happening. What should I do?

I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to WiFi, I am glad to assist you.
Restore network settings to default settings
- Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel together for three seconds.
Connect the printer to WiFi using the HP Smart app
