This printer is very frustrating. I'm using a Chromebook but I don't think that is the problem. I've been using this printer for over a year with no issues. When I run a diagnostics page on the printer and it says it's hooked to my network, but my Chromebook and my Iphone don't see it. I've tried so many things, reset the printer and the modem, reinstalled on the Chromebook, nothing helps. I'm ready to dump this thing.

Hi @carguy60,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're experiencing connectivity issues with your HP printer, particularly with your Chromebook and iPhone not being able to see it on the network. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
Verify Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure that your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. On the printer's control panel, navigate to the network settings and verify the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.
Restart Devices: Try restarting your printer, Chromebook, and iPhone. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary network issues.
Update Printer Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model. Updating the printer firmware can sometimes resolve compatibility issues and improve connectivity.
Check Router Settings: Verify that your router is properly configured to allow communication between devices on the network. Check for any firewall or security settings that may be blocking the printer.
Forget and Reconnect: On your Chromebook and iPhone, forget the printer's Wi-Fi network and then reconnect to it. This can sometimes refresh the connection and resolve connectivity issues.
Reset Network Settings: On your printer, you may have an option to reset the network settings to factory defaults. Consider performing a network reset and then reconfiguring the Wi-Fi settings on the printer.
Use HP Smart App: Try using the HP Smart app on your Chromebook and iPhone to set up and manage your printer. The app may provide additional troubleshooting options and can help simplify the setup process.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
