Common problems for Connectivity Issues

I have tried all of the troubleshooting processes. WiFi light still flashes. No other connectivity issues with any other devices in our home.

Hi,

Please follow below steps to connect the printer to a wireless network by Restoring Wi-Fi setup mode on the printer first:

If that fails, keep in mind that the printer supports a 2.4GHz Wireless connection only, make sure your device (computer or smartphone) is connected to a 2.4GHz wireless bank when trying to connect the printer, it will fail to connect to a 5GHz wireless network.
