Product: Laserjet Pro M402n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dears

 

I've implanted my network sockets with 4 pin cable network and all our PCs & Laptops working smoothly but when I connected our printers HP laserjet Pro M402n through the same network(4 pin cable network ) it's not working through cable network  ,,

 

When I connect the printers directly to my laptop or switch with 8 pin  cable network , It is working normally 

 

So can you please help
