will start with an apology if this has been covered but a search did not get me an answer

looking at replacing a M402dw with a newer model - comes down to 4002dn or dw - i understand the spec of the dw in that its wired ethernet [which i currently] use and wifi  which i have used occasionally

the dn has an ethernet port so wired is obviously an option but it then says it only has 802.11az - am i correct that that is not wifi in any form but an energy saving protocol for the lan connection

so simply put the dn model is ethernet connection whilst the dw is ethernet and wifi

i guess they both have usb but thats of no interest to me

thanks for any info to clarify my thinking and choice
