Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a new WIFI , but the printer does not see it (while serching for the network). Is that possible, that this deskjet (4100 series) cannot connect to 5 Ghz?

There are 11 series of 4100 printers

I picked the 4100e series and picked one of the models at random.  It spec shows Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n

only the "ac" has the 5ghz band

Please provide the Product ID or exact Model name for better assistance.

Hi there, thanks, that is the issue, I guess. My printer is DIRECT-85-HP Deskjet (4130e). Isn't it funny (?) though, that after having 5 Ghz band in lots of households, these printers are able to work with 2.5 only?

I suspect there is no upgrade to 5ghz
