HP 477fdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've a 477fdw running the latest firmware. Suddenly, it is losing connection to the LAN. A continuous ping shows it will get a reply in 2213ms then several succesfull pings <1ms, and then timeout, and then successful; this goes on and on. It is happening to BOTH wired and wireless connections. If it's happening wired or not that makes me think the problem is with he printer itself.

I'm stumped. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks for your help.

Please state the firmware revision, saying latest is not conclusive. Anything change in your network recently? New router from your ISP? If nothing else has changed, I would recommend a factory reset, as this will sometimes clear out problems that are not obvious.
