Operating System: iOS

My 5520 recently started falling off wireless. Now it will not connect even if I re-enter the password after selecting the correct Wireless Name from the list which comes up. Does anyone have a solution I can try, pls, to connect? Other devices in the house connect without a problem. I have pulled the plug from the printer and re-plugged after 30 secs or so with no change.

Welcome to HP Support Community! 

 

Let's restore the network settings on the printer:

 

Go to the setup menu>Wireless>

  1. Restore Network Defaults

Once done, connect the Printer to the WiFi.
