Please help me select a LaserJet printer which is compatible with a MAC and 5G wifi.
I just bought (and returned) an M400n that is only compatible with 2.4 wifi and I don't want to make the same mistake again.  Thank you!

Most of the devices will claim 5G compatibility and that is technically accurate. The issue is the protocols most of them follow are for the older BGN systems and not the new AC 5Ghz protocol. We have seen varying levels of compatibility of current BGN supporting 5Ghz printers and newer routers following the AC standard. Often users who have very new routers from their internet providers have had to configure the router with different SSIDs for the 2.4 and 5ghz radio bands and force the printers to only communicate only with the 2.4Ghz SSID.
