I have an hp Desk Jet All in One 2655 printer. I have only used it a handful of times. My internet provider changed my wifi to 5g almost a year ago, since then I cannot connect. After a good 10 hours of tech support between my Spectrum internet provider and HP. They say my printer does not support 5g and I must get a new one. I am angry because I feel like the money I spent for my printer was just thrown out the window. I really have barely used it. I am so frustrated it just doesn't seem right.

HP Recommended

You can always use a USB cable for connection.
