Product: HP ENVY 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Using Windows pro 64, ENVY 7640 networked. I can scan with HP Smart . I can scan from the printer. But I can not print. The printer shows offline. I have a laptop running Win 7 32 which prints and scans fine. Also I am able to print from my iPhone.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.  No change.  Thanks, wayne

Both, the Win 10 compute and the Win 7 computer are connected to the same router via ethernet.

 

History of the problem:  Originally the Win 10 computer was running Win 7.  I migrated this computer to Win 10.  At first, I could print but could not scan.  After many days work it seemed best to uninstall the printer and install with the latest software.  The result :  I can now scan put can't print.
