My printer is on, it can be located by my computer. I can see jobs in the que, but they are not printing. The printer doesn't seem to be receiving them.

Hi @KKH70,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer's connectivity!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Restart Devices: Turn off both your printer and computer. Wait a few minutes and then turn them back on. This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.

Check Connections: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer via Wi-Fi or a USB cable. If using Wi-Fi, ensure that both devices are connected to the same network.

Re-Send the Print Task: Cancel all print jobs in the queue, then try sending a new print job to see if it goes through.

Update Drivers: Check if the printer drivers are up to date. Go to the HP website and download the latest driver for your model.

Check Printer Status: Make sure the printer is set as the default printer and is ready to accept print jobs. It should not be in offline mode.

Print Spooler Service: Sometimes the print spooler service on Windows can pause, which prevents jobs from being processed. Access 'Services' on your computer, find 'Print Spooler', and restart it.

Firewall Settings: Ensure that any antivirus or firewall software is not blocking the printer communication.

IP Address Configuration: Verify that the printer's IP address is correctly set up in your computer's printer settings.

I hope this helps.
