Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

HP 8630--had a network problem that I thought was a printer problem--wiped the printer admin password and need assistance to  set up on my wireless network again.  I expect that I need help in both getting the password entry and setting the printer up on the small network.

@JJ1371, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are trying to connect the printer to the wireless network.

 

On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings

Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network.

 

You may use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
