Hi @BrigitteC ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer after a router reset, there are several steps you can take to restore your settings and reconnect your printer to your network. Follow these steps:

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 30 seconds.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Restore Network Settings on the Printer:

  • On the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, then touch the Setup icon (gear icon).
  • Touch Network Setup or Network.
  • Touch Restore Network Settings or Restore Network Defaults.

Reconnect the Printer to Your Network:

  • On the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, then touch the Wireless icon.
  • Touch the Setup icon (gear icon), then touch Network Setup or Wireless Settings.
  • Touch Wireless Setup Wizard.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to select your network and enter your Wi-Fi password.

Reinstall Printer Software:

  • Ensure your computer is connected to the same network as your printer.
  • Go to the HP support website and download the latest drivers and software for your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e.
  • Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer to your network.

Assign a Static IP Address (Optional but Recommended):

  • Access your router settings by entering the router’s IP address in a web browser.
  • Locate the DHCP settings and assign a static IP address to your printer. This helps in maintaining a stable connection.

Print Network Configuration Page:

  • On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon.
  • Touch the Settings icon, then touch Print Reports.
  • Touch Network Configuration Page to print the report. This page can provide useful information about your printer’s network settings.

If you still encounter issues, consider performing a full reset of your printer to factory settings:

  1. Factory Reset the Printer:
    • On the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, then touch the Setup icon (gear icon).
    • Touch Printer Maintenance or Tools.
    • Touch Restore or Restore Factory Defaults.

Following these steps should help you restore your settings and reconnect your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e to your network.
