Hello,.
I have an HP smart tank 510 series printer, model 519
I replaced the WiFi router and couldn’t print, so I reset the printer to factory settings. The HP’s smart app can now find the printer, but it asks me now for a custom password so I can switch to the new Wifi. I forgot what password I might have put in a hurry.
Please help me.
Thank you,
D.

Hi,
Let's try printing a Printer Status Report:
https://support.hp.com/ph-en/document/c06284360
Within the Connectivity section, may you sea a PIN Code information? if so try typing it as the password.
If you don't see any such information, what information is listed for Admin Password there? (of course any password value should not be shared publicly, only if you see any specific term there (e.g. Not Set, etc.)
Also, if it asks for a username be sure to use admin (all lower case), also try among any possibly selected password, or your home wireless password (as incorrectly typing the WiFi Password as an administrator password is quite a common error)
Please let me know how it goes, so any further suggestion can be tried then if any issue remains.
