ADMINISTRATION PERMISSION

Greetings

I am trying to install the HP Printer Software and when I click on the software the system says  ''To continue type the administrator password and click yes but the yes button does not get clicked at all ,it is not clickable.

It needs administration password which I do not have because I bought the PC from someone he also does not know the password.

What do I need to do in this case because I really need to use the printer.

If you don't have any important data, you can install a fresh copy of Windows.

I tried installing a new WINDOWS but it also requires admin permission,like , everything I do even deleting files requires admin permission,I do not know what to do now

Install Windows from a bootable USB drive.

I have never done any installation of that kind before,by bootable USB what do you mean,must I copy the windows software on a normal USB stick?

I am new to this PC staff...I highly appreciate your help
