I understand your printer facing an issue with your printer and HP Smart. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist you better:

  • I would like to know the iOS version running on your device?
  • What apple device do you have?

While you respond to that please try the below steps:

  • Check for any updates on the iOS device.
  • Go to General > Update the software
  • Try reinstalling the HP Smart app from App store.

Alternatively, you may print using the AirPrint option. Refer to step 2 in this document for know-how.
