Product: HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer

I am trying to register my printer under Uni Wifi that requires a Mac address to have access. I do not know how to find this, and I have read that the best solution is to press the Wireless and Information buttons at the same time and it should print out, but when I do this nothing happens. I think it is because the printer needs to be connected to wifi to print, but in order to get the Mac address to connect it to wifi, I have to print this report. Please help me find the mac address!

Nope, the printer must print the wireless configuration page no matter if is it connected to Wi-Fi or not.

So why is it not printing the wireless configuration page when I press the buttons? You’re saying it should print it regardless of wifi, but it’s not printing anything.

It should print, maybe it's defective or in an error state.
