Product: LaserJet P1505n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can print to my wired P1505N from my mac computer.

I cannot print to it from my Windows 10 computer (this is my first time trying).

 

I add the printer from the printers control panel using the IP from the configuration test page. I have tried letting the pc choose the drivers automatically, and I have tried selecting P1500 series from the list manually (both have the same results). The printer successfully installs, but when I try to print to it the document always gets stuck in the windows printer queue.

 

Any suggestions?

HP Recommended

Download drivers from the link and install, the Microsoft driver within Windows 10 that is automatically installed can cause problems.
