Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Apparently, I do not have the correct credentials for my printer admin panel.  Is there a way to reset the printer to factory settings so I can set up the login credentials once more?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Restore Defaults (P1102w model only)
NOTE: This procedure does not reset page counts, service IDs, or other static product values.

  1. Turn the product off.
  2. Turn the product on, and while it is initializing press and hold the cancel button and wireless button at the same time.
