Hi @-TerriLynn-,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
To enable AirPrint on your HP printer, follow these steps. Most modern HP printers support AirPrint out of the box, so it’s usually just a matter of proper setup.
Steps to Enable AirPrint on Your HP Printer
1. Connect Your Printer to Wi-Fi
- On the printer’s control panel:
- Go to Network Settings or Wireless Setup Wizard.
- Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
2. Ensure Printer and Apple Device Are on the Same Network
- Your iPhone/iPad/Mac and the HP printer must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
3. Enable Web Services (for some HP models)
- On the printer control panel:
- Tap Settings > Web Services > Enable (or "Turn On").
- If asked, agree to the terms and wait for confirmation.
- Some printers will print a page with the printer's email and confirmation.
4. Print Using AirPrint
- On your iPhone, iPad, or Mac:
- Open the content you want to print.
- Tap the Share icon, then tap Print.
- Your HP printer should appear automatically. Select it and print.
