HP ENVY Photo 7830 All-in-One Printer

Almost every day I get a notification that my printer needs my attention right after a printing job.

Then I let HP Print and Scan Doctor check and fix the issues found.

It always indicates that a Port issue and Print Queue issue is fixed. Also the print job persists in the queue in windows and I cant cancel the job. This I notice before I let P & S Doctor fix the issue.
I need to get this annoyance fixed once and for all.

Please help.

Best,

Anders

Welcome back to the HP English Community --

The Print and Scan Doctor has been retired - it should be removed from any system where you have it installed.  The executable file(s) likely reside(s) in your Downloads folder, perhaps prefixed as "HPPSdr"

If you prefer to use a "point and click" tool to solve issues, consider using the similar diagnostic fixer in HP Smart.
