@RB1205, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If you are encountering issues with your printer and want to end your free 3-day trial using the HP Smart app, follow these steps:

  1. Open HP Smart App: Launch the HP Smart app on your device.
  2. Sign In: Ensure that you are signed in with the account that is currently enrolled in the trial.
  3. Navigate to Your Account: Tap on your account or profile section.
  4. Manage Subscriptions: Look for a section named "Manage Subscriptions" or similar.
  5. Cancel Trial: There should be an option to cancel the subscription or trial. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
