Hi

I'm trying to connect my prinetr to WiFi, but the minute it connects, PC disconnects.

What should I do?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand that you are facing a connectivity issue with your printer and PC.

 

So I would like to get some details here:

 

  1. Are you using a regular Wi-Fi Router or a Hotspot?
  2. Does only the PC get disconnected or any other device also gets disconnected when the printer is connected to Wi-Fi?
  3. How many devices are connected to the network and could you possibly turn off one of the devices and then turn on the printer to connect to the network and check if the PC is still losing its connectivity?
  4. Is the PC updated to the latest Firmware and Windows Update?
