Dear HP Customer Support,
I am writing to seek assistance with my HP Deskjet 3050A All-in-One Printer (model J611n), which I am currently experiencing issues with regarding wireless connectivity and the ePrint function.
Despite several attempts to activate ePrint, I have been unable to do so due to persistent connectivity problems. My printer does connect to the Wi-Fi network, but none of my devices can recognize it for configuration. Previously, I encountered an error code on the printer, which was 0xB3E85F90, indicating a connectivity issue.
As a temporary solution, I have connected the printer to my laptop via USB, and it works perfectly, allowing me to print without issues. However, I would like to utilize the wireless capabilities and ePrint functionality that the printer offers.
I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including:
- Verifying the Wi-Fi signal strength and ensuring the printer is close to the router.
- Checking that the printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
- Printing a network configuration report.
- Ensuring the printer's firmware is up to date.
- Reviewing my router's settings to ensure the firewall isn't blocking the printer.
Despite these efforts, I have not succeeded in resolving the issue. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or support you could provide to help me restore the wireless connectivity and activate ePrint on my printer.

Dear HP Support Team,
Thank you for your prompt response and assistance.
The provided link was extremely helpful. It redirected me to a page where I was able to download the necessary software to configure my HP Deskjet 3050A from scratch, as well as the driver I needed to ensure proper functionality. Previously, I had been installing the printer directly from the system settings in Windows 11, and it seems there was an issue with the driver.
Additionally, I noticed in other discussions related to printer connectivity that some users faced similar issues with ePrint, particularly with enabling Web Services. I was informed that HP no longer supports this wireless technology for my printer model, so I consider this issue resolved.
Once again, I would like to express my gratitude for your quick and helpful response.
