Authentication Required Problem

HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4100 All-in-one Printer Series. dont know the username and password for authentication required when I want to print using Handphone.

To assist better:

• Could you please share a screenshot of where you got the request for the Username and password?
• Is the blue light solid on the printer?
• Are you able to print from any other device of yours?
• Did you set any administrator passwords on the EWS(Embedded Web Server ) page?
