Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an Dell laptop (Microsoft Windows 11) and HP printer (HP Laser Jet Pro MFP 410fdw wireless   ......

I am able to wireless link up my laptop to the printer.     

 

However, when I take my laptop to work and then return home..... my laptop states the the printer is "offline"    I can resolve the issue by uninstalling the printer on my laptop and then re-installing the printer.   Then can print.  

 

What do I need to do to have my laptop and printer recognize each other after I bring my laptop home?
