Is there a BAA from HP for uploading scanned documents to their cloud? I own a massage therapy clinic and we'd like to scan our intakes to the HP Smart cloud. Can't find the BAA anywhere.

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

 

I see you are experiencing scanning issues with the Envy Printer.

 

There is no option to save the scanned files to HP Smart cloud. However, you can save it to a local or a network drive.

 

Please click on the link on How to scan with an HP printer.
