Please be cautious! I was frantically trying to find a solution for the fact that my printer was going offline. In my Google search, this came up almost immediately: "printer is offline website", then a chat box suddenly appeared that looked legit. They ask for your name and number. A minute later (who responds that quickly?), someone calls me and starts talking me through what seemed like legit procedures to get my printer back online. When it didn't work, he THEN asks for access to my computer and starts talking about how it sounds like my drivers have been corrupted, so he needs to take a look and I might need an "IP encryptor." At this point, I tell the guy I'm not purchasing anything from him, and he hurries off the phone.
THIS IS A SCAM. I don't know why this site is still allowed up, but they are tuned in to HP help searches.
*My printer was going offline due to my virus protector firewall.
