Hi I canceled my plan a while ago but I just got charged. Also a couple months before I canceled my plan I placed an order for more ink and I never got it. I also double checked my subscriptions and it shows that it’s been terminated so why am I still being charged?

• Registered email address and the serial number of the printer.
