Product: HP OfficeJet 4655 All-in-One Printer

I recently received a HP Office Jet 4655 printer. It attached to the wireless internet successfully and added the printer to my settings on my Mac.  However, when I print (image of print is what I intended) it goes through the motions of printing the document, but nothing is on the paper.  Thoughts on set-up I may need to address.  Unfortunately, I have no documentation on the printer and flying blind on where to look!  Thank you!
