When printing from my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra through the HP smart app and Print service plug in, both just give me a blank page from the printer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Done all the steps mentioned in the other closed thread on here. I use this printer through other android devices wirelessly perfectly, it seems it's this newer android device.
I see many other people posting about this same problem as well.
Have you found a fix for this is sure yet?

Hi @ShannaJ,
I'd like to help!
To better assist you -
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -
Load plain white paper in the tray.
Print the report.
Printers with a touchscreen or menus: On the printer, open the Settings
or Setup menu, touch Tools or Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report or similar.
Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer - Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

The printer works fine. I can copy, scan, print from a laptop and print from other devices (such as a S10+, and a Galaxy Tab 6), it just since I got this new Note 20 Ultra, it will not print anything but blank pages from this device. It doesn't matter what app I'm in or if I try to print a PDF or jpg image, word doc or email, nothing prints, all just produce a blank sheet of paper. When I search, I see other are having this same problem, there are other threads about this issue.
