Hi @karebare60,

If your HP LaserJet M110we is unable to connect to the internet and the blue light continues to flash, it indicates that the printer is not successfully connecting to your wireless network. Here are some troubleshooting steps to help resolve this issue:

1. Check Wi-Fi Settings

  • Verify Your Wi-Fi Network: Ensure you are connecting to the right Wi-Fi network (SSID) and that you have entered the correct Wi-Fi password.

2. Restart Devices

  • Restart Your Printer and Router: Turn off your printer and unplug your router. Wait for 30 seconds before plugging them back in and turning them on again. This can resolve temporary connectivity issues.

3. Proximity to Router

  • Position the Printer: Make sure your printer is within the range of your router. Physical barriers like walls or electronic devices can interfere with the connection.

4. Use WPS Setup

  • WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup): If your router supports WPS, you can try connecting the printer using this feature. To do so, press the WPS button on your router, and then press the wireless button on the printer.

5. Verify Network Security Settings

  • Network Compatibility: Ensure that your printer is not trying to connect to a 5GHz network, as many HP printers only support 2.4GHz frequencies.

6. HP Smart App

  • Use the HP Smart App: Use the HP Smart App on your smartphone or PC to set up the Wi-Fi connection. The app can guide you through the process of connecting the printer to your network.

7. Printer’s Control Panel

  • Reconnect to Wi-Fi: Navigate through the printer’s control panel setup menu to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network. This often involves going to the wireless setup wizard.

8. Reset Network Settings

  • Reset the Printer’s Network Settings: Initiate a network reset for your printer to clear any configurations and try setting up the connection again.

9. Firmware Update

  • Check for Firmware Updates: An outdated firmware could cause connectivity issues. Look for firmware updates via the HP website or HP Smart App, which may fix known issues.
