My Bluetooth reads it’s turning on and doesn’t go away. When trying to print a picture it tells me I have to connect, where I’ve had this connected for years now. If I uninstall HP app, will I lose anhthing?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  I understand that you are unable to print from iPad, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  •  Are the printer and iPad connected to the same network?
  • What is the distance between the router and the printer?
  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
    Uninstalling the HP smart app will not erase any of your personal information or files.
