Hi,
i bought this printer today. I have been trying to turn the bluetooth on and what i can see is Bluetooth Smart is turning on..... for last two hours.
I did restart and tried again but same thing..then i did factory reset, but nothing is sorting this problem out. is there anybody who can advice me about it. thank you.

@Covid-2019, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
This printer does not have Bluetooth. Bluetooth Smart is used by the HP Smart app to detect the wireless devices during setup. You cannot print via Bluetooth on this printer.
For printer specifications, click here.
You may connect the printer wirelessly to a computer/mobile device
On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings
Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network.
