I have a HP Laserjet Pro M404dn.  How do I find bluetooth on it so I can use it from my IPad and Macbook?

You can't that printer doesn't have wireless or Bluetooth.

Indeed, the printer does not offer any wireless capabilities but only wired, however be aware that you should able to print from wireless devices to an Ethernet connected printer, as long as the router provides a single network for both (most standard routers does offer a such)

 

Assuming you have an home network, connect the printer to the router with an Ethernet cable.

 

Connect the iPad and the Mac to the same network wirelessly, then you may print from the wireless devices.

 

Once both are connected to the same network you should be able to print from the iPad or the Mac using Apple Aurprint:

 

Skip to step 2 below to print with AirPrint from an iPad:

For a Mac computer follow below steps to print with AirPrint:
