Being trying to print from my IMac, IPad and IPhone but can only use the HP app which is very inconvenient as it only will let me print a select group of documents, discovered that the Bluetooth smart was off so turned it back on and get stuck in an endless loop, been on here for hours trying all the suggestions and none of them work, only had this printer a few months and can’t understand why HP won’t fix this ongoing problem, just asking if anyone knows of another fix I might have not tried yet. Many thanks

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

For your MAC, download the drivers from here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers

For your iPad and iPhone, uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App.

Let me know if this helps.

The issue is not with my side of stuff it’s with the printers Bluetooth mode. When you turn on the Bluetooth on it it just says “turning on Bluetooth mode” and never finishes and I have to unplug it to get it to stop.

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer:

1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ). 2. Touch Network Setup. 3. Touch Restore Network Settings. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored.
