Hi I bought a 2nd hand printer which has worked for a few weeks but now tells me it WONT print.

"cannot print press ok to update status"

Press ok to updates statud - so I click OK and it cancells the print 😞

Printer must be connected to the network for this feature.

So I turned on the wireless - (even though it is attached to my pc which is harwired to the internet.

Still will not play. Gives me the same messagesas above.

Wireless Direct is ON.

Any suggestions?

Many thanks

Hi,

Can you see HP Instant Ink listed on the ink cartridges label?

Assuming it is HP Instant Ink cartridges, replace the ink cartridges with standard cartridges from any nearby retailer, HP Instant Ink cartridges will not work if the service was cancelled by the previous printer owner.
