Product: HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Chrome OS

When I use the hostname to access the EWS, it comes up but most of the pages do not work. If I use the IP number, all the pages work. On previous models the hostname always worked for all the pages. This seems to be an EWS bug. How can I get HP to fix it? IP numbers are ever changing...
