HP Recommended

I have a Samsung C480FW & I need the easiest way possible to set it up on a wireless network. I've read, watched youtube videos, etc...the printer is a nightmare & hands down the worst wifi device, undetectable by Android & Windows, I've even tried hardwire setups & any time the router goes down (which is frequently with Cox Communications), all the printer settings go with it. I'm hoping someone out there has found a simple, reliable way to set it up. Geez, even nfc doesn't work, but that's another topic for another day, it's just a very wifi hostile device. If you could even advise how to get actual help from HP, that would be a good start.
