I'm trying to get my new laserprinter online and can't get past the "press and release the flashing information button" page on the set up guide in the Smart HP app.

I called the local support number in Portugal and after waiting for 7 minutes they hung up on me.

Their service is abysmal and the set up is NOT easy - I've already spent hours trying to get this set up.

Please help!!

Can try a Wireless reset and use HP App to setup and connect printer to the network again:
