I'd like to help!

 

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Are you trying to connect via Bluetooth?

 

The default code would be 000000 (six zeroes).

 

If that fails to connect follow these steps to print a Bluetooth Configuration page:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-100-mobile-printer-series-l411/4231339/model/42314...

 

 

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance. If you are needing further assistance please let me know what you are trying to connect the printer to, and also the operating system it is running.
