I work for a bank and we don't allow our network printers to touch the Internet (outside our network) for security purposes. We bought one of your HP+ / Smart printers a while back (don't remember which model, maybe a 4001) and couldn't get it setup because it needed to touch the Internet to complete setup. Do we now need to avoid purchasing any of your printers with HP+ / Smart technology (meaning, are the enterprise level printers the only ones that will work for us)?

HP Recommended

Purchase models that do not feature +. Most models are available in both formats. Models with a E at the end typically will be + models.
