Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I have been able to print to my HP DeskJet All in one 4720 via Android Mobile (Direct-23-HP-Deskjet 4720) until recently when my router and wireless have to change name. 

 

I reset and reconnect the printer to the new name but yet my Android mobile is unable to print saying that the printer is not available. I have uninstall and reinstall the HP print services numerous time. 

 

appreciate some help as HP software is getting more difficult and their software should not be call SMART at all. I have another HP PRinter which is giving me as much headache which will be discuss in another forum.

By reset do you mean, have you reset the network settings on the Printer?
