HP Officejet 8710 All-in-one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Product OJ8710 4-in-1

All latest updates in place

My computer suddenly stopped printing (on network with 2 other computers and other devices that can print fine).  I can scan from printer and my computer (Dell Inspiron 3583 Laptop - Windows 10) reads vital printer data.  No viruses, etc., no problems on rest of network and about 10 devices.

HP Printer reports IP address that ends in ".13" and prints for others.  My HP Scan Doctor and Windows 10 "Devices and Printers" say ".9"   Again, I can scan from printer and read printer on my laptop otherwise.  I can print a test page from Windows 10, but not from the usual "est print" places in help files.  I have done ALL the Capt. Obvious steps and a few tricks and software has been uninstalled/reinstalled, etc., including network adapters.  I even picked through the registry to remove all HP for a clean reinstall.

Looking for suggestions on fixes to reconcile the computer HP software to correct IP address without wrecking the configuration for others.  Not sure why Scan Doctor can read the correct IP address from the HP Printer when others' machines can?  Uncertain if it's a Windows 10 problem since no one else is having similar problems.  Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks. ynotvt

I should add that I can print from "generic text only" printer.
