Product: Officejet Pro 8020 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My HP6CA9B7 Office Jet Pro 8020 series printer has decided it is 'offline' according to my lap top. It has been working fine up until yesterday. I do not know how to get it back 'online'. Printer is on, says it is connected etc. but my laptop says printer is 'offline'. How do I fix this?
Thanks

I have had success with HP Print and Scan Doctor to get my printer back online. Give it a try:
